DaVaR NetDSL PVU

The DaVaR NetDSL is scaleable. A single controller can manage up to 10 ETAM units to test up to 1000 pairs at a time. In addition, the NetDSL Expansion Unit can increase speed and/or throughput dramatically. NetDSL
Each NetDSL Expansion Unit includes a 100 pair access module and can support up to nine ETAMs. Up to three Expansion Units can be controlled by a single NetTest controller, permitting high capacity testing up to 4000 pairs at a time sequentially, or fast testing of up to four pairs in parallel, up to 1000 pairs at a time.

The NetDSL is the equivalent to the now discontinued Harris 580 PVU

ETAM / PSS

The Extended Test Access Module (ETAM), included with the DaVaR NetTest unit, expands the unit by 100 pairs.
Additional ETAMs can be purchased if more than 100 pairs are to be scanned, expanding the NetTest up to 1000 pairs.

In the Harris system ETAMS where known as Portable Shoe Switches or PSS.
