The NetDSL Bulk DSL
Qualification System is the fastest and easiest bulk pair
verification and wideband service qualification system for next
generation triple play services.
The NetDSL System represents the latest advancement in copper cable testing equipment for performing bulk pair ADSL, ADSL2, ADSL2+, and VDSL qualification. NetDSL fully tests, pre-qualifies and documents the copper distribution network for DSL service. Single-ended testing on both spare and working lines, provides automatic real-time analysis of pair condition. Using a series of patented algorithms and testing techniques, NetDSL performs over 15 electrical and wideband tests on the copper pair to determine the level of service the pair can support. Estimated upstream and downstream bandwidth for ADSL, ADSL2, ADSL2+ and VDSL services is automatic.
The NetDSL system can automatically update the relevant database for DSL qualified pairs when combined with the DaVaR NetServer. This unique ability to provide quick and accurate service level qualification on both working and spare pairs allows service providers to identify and target new customers for high-speed service, dramatically reducing customer acquisition costs and generating revenue faster.
Let us show you!
The D9290DSL NetDSL System is already deployed and helping our customers remove the guess work in deploying bundle services on their FTTx network. NetDSL is quite simply the easiest and most cost effective solution to qualify and help condition your distribution plant. Make us prove it. Powerful Software
DaVaR NetTest software is a powerful, yet easy-to-use environment for operation of the NetTest controller, Expansion Units and associated ETAMs. Hosted on Windows 98, NetTest software features SuperLink multi-tasking technology for support of concurrent operations. This permits one operator to complete two tasks at once, such as performing bulk pair tests and editing manual investigations
NetTest uses a Command Center interface to make all capabilities available with the touch of a button. The test engine provides a detailed view of test results in real time. A built-in editor helps the operator perform analysis or generate different views of the data, including searches and filters based on telephone number or pair or record categories like "working" or "spare." A fully-relational database supplies robust and secure storage and enables powerful ad hoc reporting capability. More than 15 pre-configured reports are included, covering variances, recovery and management summaries. Information can be viewed on screen, printed or exported to other applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel or Access.
User-selectable test profiles allow operators to perform tests tailored to specific requirements, such as bulk pair recovery, qualification or crossbox refurbishment. Variables from which you can select include test parameters and pass/fail marginal thresholds.
What makes NetTest unique is its ability to upload and download loop database record information from the host system. NetTest software provides secure dial up and PPP interfaces to the NetServer to download data to be verified and upload verified pair records
