Works Order System
For Moves, Additions and Changes – CAPLUM does
not just record what has happened – it is used to drive
and monitor the outstanding moves and changes. The Works
Order System can also be used to record and progress
miscellaneous items – telephone and data equipment,
other services etc. The result is a comprehensive tool
that gives outstanding order analysis and order history.

Fault Reporting and Analysis
Developed in conjunction with the
British Army, CAPLUM has a fault reporting module which
records outstanding faults, allocates engineers, records
and monitors time travelling, on site and fault
completion, and provides analysis of response times and
fault types.
PABX Interface
Caplum has the ability to interface into
PABXs and add and remove circuits, program service
classes and perform weekly audits of line cards and
their assignments.
Automatic Network Diagram Tool
This module will create a
interactive network diagram that can be scrolled on
screen and parts of the network can be clicked on to
provide full interaction with the rest of Caplum. The
diagrams can be saved and printed.
