Network Diagrams
Do you often wish you could have up to date network diagrams at the push of a button? Would it be useful to view an interactive network diagram online? Using existing data, Caplum Network Diagram module achieves all of this and more. It is a network diagram tool for Structured / Non-Structured copper and fibre optic networks. It will also draw a network trace allowing the user to select a switch or patch panel and Caplum will create a diagram of all of the connections and their circuits

Third Party Interfaces
Caplum Web has been designed to bean open system and to allow easy inter operation between itself and third party systems. It uses web services which allows easy integration with Intranets and third parties alike.

Voice Manager
Caplum switch interface removes the need to program your PABX / IPT switch. With the new Caplum Switch Interface Module keeping the databases synchronised is now fully automated. Caplum will now automatically program your switch with all the activity in Caplum.

Fault Reporting
CAPLUM has a fault reporting module which records outstanding faults, allocates engineers, sends progress emails, records and monitors travelling, on-site and fault completion time, and provides analysis of response times and fault types. SLA’s are supported.
