CAPLUM SUPPORT

Caplum is sold on an annual licence basis and for this annual charge you get unlimited phone, online support and free upgrades to the software. This means for one payment per year all of your Caplum running costs are taken care of, as we appreciate that life cost of a product is more important than the one off purchase price.

We operate a support desk with full software management, all calls are logged and given an inquiry number. The support desk is open from 9am - 6pm Monday- Friday. We also offer online support to help resolve problems quickly and easily.

We also have a dedicated secure support site where you can download manuals, the latest version of the software, engage with other users in our online user forum, report problems and make suggestions.
